Using the weather app on your iPhone is a great way to keep track of the weather system you will encounter during the day. The weather app helps you know where it is raining, check the quality of air around you and also add location. These are some ways to use the iPhone Weather App.

• The Apple weather app is for reading the weather. With this, you need to look out for the weather app on your phone and tap on it. It instantly provides you with the weather update for the day for your location. It also updates the temperature and condition of your local area.
• The Apple weather app enables you to add location. The weather app allows you to add another location besides your local area. To do this, tap on the three lines at the bottom right-hand corner of the app. Input the name of the location. Click on Add when the location appears, to make it a part of your list of locations.

• The app allows you to see a map of precipitation. The precipitation map shows you where it is raining and how bad the rains are. It also helps you to automatically know what will happen in the next few hours. There are colours used to indicate how severe the rains are. Yellow and orange are used to indicate that the rains are very heavy. Whereas the colours blue and purple are used to indicate moderate rainfall.
• Again the app is used to check the quality of air in your area.  Those with respiratory problems will find this useful to know the quality of air in their locality. To check the quality of air, navigate to the location and tap on See More under Air Quality. Where the colour indicates purple, it means the quality of air is very bad.
