CARE Ghana Ongoing Career Opportunities
CARE Ghana seeks to recruit suitably qualified persons on its anticipated USAID-funded Strengthening Accountability in Ghana’s Education System (SAGES) project. This project aims to improve primary education service delivery through institutionalizing accountability in the Ghanian primary education system.
POSITIONS
The COP stewards the overall vision of the project and takes responsibility for delivering project results. The successful candidate will have significant experience managing program, financial, and operations of USAID or other international donor-funded projects. The COP leads and manages the education project through a combination of technical leadership, supportive management and capacity strengthening with CARE partners. This includes personnel and financial management, administrative oversight, and program quality assurance.

The DCOP will support the Chief of Party (COP) in all programmatic and administrative areas. They will lead and provide technical expertise in programming public participation and coordinating the program’s work with beneficiaries. In collaboration with the COP, the DCOP will be responsible for the successful performance of the project as defined in the program’s statement of work.

3 . Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Specialist
The MEAL Specialist will be responsible for setting up, maintaining and overseeing all project MEAL systems. The Specialist will design the MEAL framework, manage information flows, and report to the COP. They will supervise MEAL reporting functions to systematically generate, share, synthesize and apply data to learning and effective, adaptive management.
