POSITION: Sales Manager
The company has opportunities for qualified and interested persons to join its Distribution Division and support in driving sales while achieving on their personal goals.
- REPORTS TO: Branch Manager of respective branch.
- REMUNERATION: Per approved remuneration structure. Further details of this as well as other terms of employment will be discussed at the interview
- LOCATION: Any EL Business Location
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan and deliver on sales strategies to achieve targets Prospect and sell the products and services of the company Plan, recruit, and train Life Planners
- Set targets and manage Life Planners to achieve personal as well as branch and corporate sales targets
- Drive quality sales that will persist on our books
- Prepare and undertake sales presentations to individuals, groups, and associations or corporate bodies
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to Branch Manager Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or as required by the business
Required Skills or Experience
- Firstly, A minimum of a first degree in any discipline
- Secondly, At least 5 years working experience as a Sales Person with the responsibility of managing teams to achieve on business targets
- Thirdly, Must have a track record of excellent performance and good behaviour
- Then, Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Also, Excellent knowledge in use of ICT to achieve results
- Finally, Must be able to drive and have a valid driving license
