To be eligible, you must be a citizen and currently reside in one of the following countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Serbia, Turkey, or Ukraine. Individuals who live outside of these nations or participate in long-term programs overseas are not eligible. Please note that Ukrainian people who departed from Ukraine after February 2022 are eligible to apply, and Belarusian citizens who departed from Belarus after August 2020 are also encouraged to apply.
