Conditions for getting a Master’s or Doctoral degree:

  • People who are not Thai citizens or who have Thai nationality.
  • There must be at least one suggestion from an academic institution and at least two strong recommendations.
  • Keep your health and habits in good shape.

The SIIT Scholarship in Thailand has these pros:

Costs to cover tuition:

The majority of scholarships cover all or part of the cost of fees for the entire length of the program. International students may not have to worry as much about money when they do this.

Allowance for Subsistence:

People who get SIIT scholarships may get a monthly stipend to help with their living costs. With this payment, students in Thailand can pay for their schooling.

Help with Research:

Additional funding may be available for doctoral and master’s level graduate students to help with costs connected to their research, like writing their theses and going to academic conferences.

Health insurance:

Some grants cover health insurance, so students can be sure they can get the medical care and help they need while they are in Thailand.

Offering a place to stay:

However, there are times when the bursary will reimburse or help pay for the costs of living, whether it’s on-campus housing or something else.

Book Supplement:

Students who get scholarships often get financial help in the form of study materials and textbook fees. This makes it easier for students to get the things they need for school.

Non-returning airfare:

SIIT grant winners may be able to get free round-trip flights from their home country to Thailand. This adds to the beginning costs of travel for students.

Possible internships:

Some scholarship programs may help pay for internships or actual training, which would allow students to get real-world experience in the field they are studying.

Activities related to school and culture:

By giving money for academic and cultural activities, the scholarship might urge students to take part in events outside of school, such as seminars and conferences.

Learning a language:

Students who need help improving their language skills, especially in English or Thai, to improve their ability to communicate may be able to get scholarships.

Participation in the Community:

SIIT scholarships might encourage students to get involved in outreach or community service projects, which would help them develop a strong sense of social duty.

Important Documents Needed:

  • An explanation of the reason for the visit (at least one page long)
  • A curriculum vitae is a CV.
  • Your most recent transcript or your written transcript
