- Help to assess and analyze the needs of people of concern in a way that involves them and uses an Age, Gender, and Diversity (AGD) perspective as a planning tool.
- Help with programmatic aspects of creating multi-year protection and solutions strategies and annual plans with corresponding priorities that take into account corporate priorities.
- Support results-based management and program capacity as needs, programming approaches, and gaps change,

2 . HEAD OF FIELD OFFICE (NOA)
- Make sure that the basic needs of the people in question are properly assessed with the help of the people who need help, the host government, and/or the competent implementing partners, and/or UNHCR itself.
- Based on the needs, make sure that the planning, formulation, and budgeting of identified assistance projects are done according to the UNHCR program cycle. Once an assistance project has been approved, make sure that identified assistance activities are carried out and monitored on time.
