Graphic Communications Group LTD is seeking to recruit qualified, experienced and professional individuals for the following positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure corporate cars are roadworthy.
- Schedule vehicles for assignments, maintenance, and repairs.
- Optimize driver-route matching for timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with vehicle service providers.
- Manage vehicle maintenance and workshop to meet demand, including part stock control.
- Keep detailed records of all vehicles from acquisition to decommissioning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Keep operating costs within budget.
- Develop and implement duty.
Qualifications & Experience
- Requirements: HND in Transport Management or comparable discipline
- At least 5 years of experience managing big fleets, and a valid driver’s license (D1,D2,D3).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure property and staff safety by supervising and coordinating security activities.
- Manage third-party/contract security personnel on site.
- Monitor and enforce company policies, rules, and regulations.
- Investigate and report security lapses, fire outbreaks, and industrial accidents.
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies.
- Manage the company’s electronic security system.
Qualifications & Experience
- Possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in social sciences from a recognized institution, with a minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience in industrial security duties.
- Possess a diploma or equivalent from a recognized institution, with a minimum of 9 years of post-qualification experience in industrial security duties.
- Hold a Captain rank in the Army, police service, or other security agency.
