Position: Client Service Consultant (Fixed Term)
Job Description
This role is responsible for helping a wide range of clients over the phone or in person, in line with business, process, and compliance rules.
Duties and Obligation
- Give customers and middlemen service over the phone and in person.
- Stick to service and quality standards and meet daily production standards.
- Follow business, process, and compliance rules.
- Build and keep in touch with other departments, middlemen, and sales advisors.
- Manage your relationships with customers in person or over the phone.
- Check your own work for quality and make sure it meets service and quality standards.
- Work well with other people to get business results.
- Tell clients what they need to do and how to do it, and help with other things like client feedback or questions.
- Do general office work like following up, calling clients back, and making policy changes.
- Takes care of customer complaints and questions and finds answers.
Requirements: Skills, Qualifications and Experience required
- A bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized college or university is required.
- Excellent skills in writing and talking to people
- Excellent skills at managing relationships
- Good skills for getting along with other people
- Highly structured and organized, able to handle multiple tasks at once and set priorities.

- Innovative Reporting on Customer Relations and Relationship Management
- Strong database management ability (Excel, Access etc)
- Execution Getting Things Done/Action-Taking
