Petrofac Calls For Job Applications
Petrofac is looking to recruit an Offshore Planner to join our Petrofac on a 4/4 rotation based on an FPSO offshore Ghana.

Main purpose of the role:
The Planner will carry out the day to day, midterm and long-term planning for the FPSO for all departments and disciplines using the Company maintenance management system. In addition, the Planner will supervise the procurement of spare parts and consumable materials required for the safe and efficient maintenance and operation of the FPSO.
Key Accountabilities:
- Firstly, Collate information of upcoming work activities from all departments and produce a weekly updated 28-day plan.
- Secondly, Produce a daily plan to include planned and unplanned maintenance based on the MMS data.
- Thirdly, Input of data to MMS of all planned and unplanned maintenance activities completed.
- Moreover, Ensure that spare parts and materials are procured in an efficient and timely manner.
- Additionally, Produce spreadsheets in English language of materials received by boat and helicopter.
- Furthermore, Ensure spare parts ordered are linked to a work order and notify departments of when these materials are received.
- More so, Liaise closely with shore side procurement department, ensure transfer of information is timely.
- Afterwards, Participate in the effective monitoring, audit and review of management systems and procedures and to contribute to their further development where appropriate.
- Finally, Supervise and monitor the procurement of spare parts and materials. Ensure that materials arriving onboard are logged into MMS and notification given to relevant personnel.
Skills & Experience:
- Significant experience working offshore preferably on an FPSO
- Experience of using P6 (primavera) and MS Project
- Significant experience in planning and procurement within a hydrocarbon related industry
- Knowledge and experience with computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Lastly, Strong mathematical, statistical analysis and spreadsheet (MS Excel) skills
