POSITION: Materials Supervisor
Job Purpose
- To supervise all material management operations assuring safe and efficient material handling and storage, effective inbound and outbound operations according to the prescribed procedures and the accuracy of stock levels reports.
- Always oriented in proposals for stock optimization, supervision of material lifting operations
Responsibilities
The material supervisor shall be responsible for the following:
- Firstly, As focal point supervising of all warehouse personnel
- Secondly, Focal point supervising material coding according to companu guidelines
- Thirdly, Finalizing warehouse inventory
- Then, Focal point in supervising material and equipment handling and shipment
- Also, Issuing of spare part/materials according to the relevant documents and procedures
- Moreover, Ensuring custom clearance for normal and urgent freight
- Afterwards, Reporting to Accra Logistics Office and Headquarters
- Last but not least, Usage of SAP and Logistics Database
- Finally, Support in cargo manifest and all matters related to ENI material movement (in Port and Logistics Base)
Main Interfaces
- Internal: Interaction within and between departments and functions
- External: Logistic base management input consultants, agencies, professional associations
Qualification Required & Experience
- Firstly, Technical Degree
- Secondly, 5 years of Oil & Gas industry expeprience
- Lastly, 3 years of warehouse management experience
Languages & Others
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge and practices in using MS Office software (e.g. word, excel, outlook, etc)
