- Accounts payable: Using Sage ERP to process purchase invoices, keep an AP schedule, and do AP reconciliations.
- Bank reconciliations: By the 5th of every month, you should have done bank reconciliations for all of your banks.

- Make sure management reports are correct and on time.
- Keeping track of and keeping an eye on how much is spent each month compared to the approved budget for all projects and cost centers.

- Make weekly and monthly reports about all of the staff’s activities within the subsidiary.
- Keeping track of office supplies and ordering new ones when they run out.
- Renewals, service, and maintenance to keep a vehicle roadworthy
