POSITION: Retail Sales Specialist
Managing a retail store entails more than just selling; it’s about building a brand through the relationships you form with the individuals you meet on a regular basis. In a branded store, the customer experience is everything. The look and feel of the shop, as well as the people they meet there, influence how customers feel about the products they buy. Requirements
To effectively manage a NAYA by Africa retail outlet, you will need five basic talents.
- First, you must be courteous, warm, and friendly. People must be pleased to meet you. We all have bad days, but it should not be the standard. You will become the brand’s face and the initial point of contact with customers, therefore you must be comfortable with this.
- Second, you must have excellent analytical skills in order to solve problems fast and keep operations operating smoothly while keeping consumers satisfied. You should also be able to gather consumer feedback and share it with the Marketing and Product Development Teams so that we can constantly enhance product quality, communication, and education across all platforms.
- Third, you must be detail-oriented in order to effectively handle and track all store activities, including sales, inventory, cash, and deliveries, as well as collaborate closely with accounting.
- Fourth, you must be CREATIVE to keep the NAYA shop’s appearance, feel, and scent clean and distinct at all times. You must like the items and devise innovative ways to help clients understand, use, and experience them.
- Finally, you must be committed to the expansion of the NAYA by Africa brand and work as part of a team that values continuous learning, growth, cooperation, leadership, and accountability in order to reach a common goal.
- You will also be required to work long hours (8 a.m. to 8 p.m.) and be available on weekends and holidays.
