CFAO Ghana Plc is looking for a Design Communication Executive to develop and implement a creative vision that is consistent with the company’s brands and marketing goals for all internal and external communication materials for the Mobility division. The selected candidate will be the primary source for all creative content and brand images.

Job Description
CFAO Ghana Plc is looking for a Design Communication Executive to develop and implement a creative vision that is consistent with the company’s brands and marketing goals for all internal and external communication materials for the Mobility division. The selected candidate will be the primary source for all creative content and brand images.
Responsibilities
Design Communication Materials
- Plan, develop, and supervise the design, content, and production of marketing campaigns and support materials for all divisions.
- Create all marketing collateral, such as tee shirts, polos, souvenirs, signage, event swag, displays, and stands.
- Ensure that brand guidelines are followed in/on all forms of external communication.
- Maintain professional and structured design schedules. * Ensure brand assets are correctly presented and in good condition.
Social Media
- Develop digital campaigns for social media.
- Monitor and audit social media activities to verify agency compliance.
- Help create relevant creatives for our digital marketing.
Event and Brand Activation
- Manage company events, exhibitions, and activations, including marketing and merchandising materials. Create novel solutions for activations, events, and external exposure.
Internal Communications
- Design and supervise the quarterly newsletter creation in a timely manner.
- Create internal communications in the form of emailers, posters, and WhatsApp visuals for distribution.
- Create additional effective avenues of internal communication.
- Carry out any additional duties as given by the company.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer at a communications and marketing agency.
- Proficient in handling media relations and email marketing campaigns.
- Understanding social media marketing.
- Proven experience in both print and internet advertising.
- Proven experience as a creative leader or in a similar role.
- Extensive experience in graphic design, video editing, and brand development. · Skilled in developing 360-degree campaign ideas.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and/or work (Keynote, Pages, and Numbers).
- Experience with site design, AI, animation, and social media management tools.
Skills Required
- The ideal applicant possesses the ability to multitask in a complex and demanding setting, as well as create and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to adjust to shifting environments and different/challenging cultures.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

- An understanding of social media marketing.
- Requirements for this position include print and online advertising experience, a track record as a creative lead, and hands-on experience with graphic design, video editing, and brand building.
