ROLE: Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a highly trained call centre professional to join our team and manage a high number of inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who can memorize scripts and alter them to address challenges that arise during calls.
This person will be in charge of a range of critical supportive responsibilities, including answering questions, providing insights, directions, and assisting with service requests. As our company’s spokesperson, the call centre representative must have good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong desire to assist customers and increase their pleasure.
Experience Required
The candidate must have experience with the following services listed below:
- Experience may include handling calls, providing customer support, or working as a former technician for the FF service.
- Moving Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
- Home Improvement
- Plumbing Locksmith
- Air Duct, Water Damage, and Other Service Requirements
Requirements and Skills
- Previous experience in a customer support position
- Track record of exceeding quotas.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
- Excellent English communication abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and procedures.
- Customer focus and flexibility to various personality types.
- Ability to multitask, create priorities, and manage time successfully.
Working Conditions:
- Remote/Permanent Work from Home
- Shift-based position in a 24/7 call centre requiring comfortable use of Zoom and full-time availability.
- Pacific Time Zone
