About the company
GNAD is a non-profit group that works to protect the rights of people who are deaf or hard of hearing. GNAD works to improve access to public goods and services for deaf people by advocating for their rights on issues that affect more than one group.
Job Description
People who are qualified and fit for the following job at its national secretariat in Accra are encouraged to apply: Client Relationship Officer.
Main responsibilities
- Get to know the key employees of your customers.
- Make plans to meet the business needs of your clients.
- Help clients come up with ways to make money.
- Make sure customers are happy by meeting with them regularly.
- Serve as a contact point for complaints and escalate problems as needed.
- Help the sales team sell more of the same thing or different things.
- Make sure both the company and the customers follow the terms of the contract. Look at the competition to find new ways to keep customers.
- Set sales and income goals and work hard to reach them.
- Work with your teams to meet the needs of your customers.
Skills or Experience Needed
- Diploma/Degree or HND that is recognized
