Finance Manager at Ernimich Limited
Job Purpose
The CFO is in charge of how a company’s money is spent, planning the budget, and helping the executive management team make the best business decisions for the company by giving them financial advice and insights.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports for management, such as Profit and Loss Statements, Balance Sheet Statements, and Statements of Cash Flow.
- Keep accounting controls in place by making policies and procedures and recommending them.
- Check compliance with regulatory agencies and other statutory payments by enforcing compliance and adherence to requirements and advising management on what needs to be done.
- Make a rough budget plan for the year. (Breakdown on a monthly basis)
- Review finances to make sure corporate tax payments are made.
- Make sure that all approved financial transactions are made and accounted for correctly.
- Handle payments from customers by receiving payments for invoices made;
- Coordinate the work of other accounting staff;
- Collect, interpret, and look over financial information;
- Predict future financial trends. Report to management and stakeholders and give advice on how the company and future business decisions might be affected.
- Create financial reports about budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses, etc. Create long-term business plans based on these reports.
- Review, monitor, and manage budgets.
- Create strategies that work to minimize financial risk. Do other tasks that management assigns.

Needed Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; CA/ICAG is a plus.
- 5–8 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.
- Ability to turn large amounts of complex data into actionable information.
- Ability to work with and communicate well with senior-level business partners.
- Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools like Quick Books, etc.
