Job Title: Sales Accountant
JOB DESCRIPTION
The best person for the job should be good with numbers and be able to do daily financial analysis of Electrofax Engineering Services Gh. Ltd.’s activities and sales.
ROLE PROFILE:
The candidate should be a licensed professional account officer with a lot of sales accounting knowledge.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Look at and control spending to stay within budget and get the most out of it.
- Type in detailed statements, and make sales invoices and sales records that go with them.
- At the end of the day, make a thorough list of the sales invoices and figure out the total value of the goods sold and any VAT that was charged.
- Make sales speeches to key clients by yourself or with the help of sales representatives.
- Make sure that sales, production, and the customer can talk to each other well and keep doing so.
- Make and use smart sales plans to meet the goals of the company.
- Look at sales data to learn more about past and present trends, which will help you handle future possibilities better.
- Plan sales tasks and set goals for performance based on those plans.
- Look into customer complaints right away and help fix them or do it yourself.
- Make a sales budget for the year and show it.
- Find out about new possible markets so we can focus on services that meet or beat our profit plan.
- Represent the company at different meetings of trade groups.
Needed Qualifications and Experience
EDUCATION LEVEL
- Professional certification is a plus.
- Master’s degree in financial accounting.
- At least 10 years of work experience
REQUIRED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE
- Analytical skills that are both strong and active.
- Learns quickly and has a good attitude.
- A lot of experience with smart sales skills.
- Able to work different hours when needed.
- Good written and speaking communication skills
