Job Title: Territory Sales Manager
Job Description
Coca-Cola Beverages Africa is looking for an exciting Territory Sales Manager in Accra. Voltic (GH) Limited is known for making Ghana’s best-selling premium water brand for more than 20 years. Voltic (GH) Limited has now added Value-Added Dairies to its list of products. This role is in charge of a team of Account Developers who report to the National Sales Manager.
The person in this job will be responsible for representing Voltic GH. Ltd. brands in a professional way on the market, delivering volume and revenue growth in all channels, growing the customer base, and managing accounts. To make sure that strong relationships, standards, and growth opportunities are built and kept within a channel/customer so that Voltic products can be sold and goals set by Voltic GH Ltd. can be met.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Management of Distributors.
- Merchandising. Order generation.
- Training the sales staff.
- Sales Administration.
- Asset control.
- Sales volume target achievement
Skills, work experience, and education requirements:
- A degree in marketing or a professional qualification that is equivalent
Experience:
- At least three years of experience in sales of consumer goods or a related field
