Bible Society of Ghana is seeking to recruit qualified, experienced, and proactive individuals for the following positions.
1. Church Relations & Resource Mobilisation Manager
Qualifications
- A first degree from a recognized university in a relevant field and at least 15 years of work experience, of which 8 years must be in a management role.
- Must be a go-getter and focused on getting things done.
- A second degree will be a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and keep a network of possible donors and supporters
2. Resource Mobilisation & Fundraising Officer
Qualifications
- A first degree from a well-known university in a related field and at least four years of work experience is required.
- Must be a go-getter who is focused on getting things done.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including tact and diplomacy.
- Must have good planning, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office and other programs well.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
