Job Description:
We’re searching for a detail-oriented Account Officer to help with our financial department. An Account Officer’s tasks include maintaining financial records up to date, verifying invoices for errors, and responding to general account inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Keeping financial records.
- Managing accounts payable and receivables.
- Checking invoices.
- Resolving accounts in the general ledger.
- Contacting clients regarding transactions and invoicing.
- Handling account-related queries.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or degree.
- Proven experience as an Account Officer.
- Capable of working effectively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Has a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
