The Council of Atebubu College of Education, Atebubu, in the Bono East Region, announces the following college positions: COLLEGE SECRETARY
Duties and responsibilities:
The College Secretariat is led by the College Secretary.
- He/she assists the Principal in the administration and management of the College; he/she is the Secretary to the College Council, all Council Committees, and Statutory Committees of the College.
- It shall be the Secretary’s responsibility to guarantee the smooth operation of all College Boards and Standing Committees.
- The Secretary’s Office is in charge of all administrative, secretarial, and personnel concerns at the College. The Secretary is the Chief Administrative Officer of the College and reports to the Principal in the performance of his or her duties as Secretary to the College.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- The applicant must have a solid first degree and a postgraduate degree, particularly in Administration and Management.
- He/she must have worked for at least four (4) years as a Deputy Secretary at a College of Education or a comparable position in a similar institution/organization.
Bono East Region is the location.
