Key Responsibilities
- Manage audit engagements
- Understand client needs and expectations

- Plan, execute, and conclude engagements
- Understand audit and IFRS standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain strong client relationships and be aware of their needs.
Qualifications & Experience
The applicant must have the following qualifications.
- Requirements include a first degree from a recognized university, membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ghana (ICAG), and at least 5 years of post-qualification audit experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor junior audit staff and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Lead audit engagements and supervise team members.
- Analyze financial and non-financial data.
- Develop effective audit strategies based on industry best practices and client needs.
- Identify and recommend improvements to clients’ control environments and business processes.
- Develop successful audit tactics based on industry best practices and client needs.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of audit and IFRS standards, as well as the relevant regulatory obligations.
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants must have the following qualifications.
- A First Degree from a respected university
- Must be a member of recognized professional bodies, including the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ghana (ICAG) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
- Must have at least three years of post-qualification experience in audit.
Location: Accra.
