1 . Project Officer
Fan Milk PLC is looking for an experienced and results-oriented person to join the business as a Project Officer. In this role, you will work directly with and give technical assistance to the Project Manager on projects that accelerate the growth of the business within the technical sector. You will also assist with planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the project.
Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Firstly, Developing, piloting, and scaling initiatives and programs that strengthen the businesses innovation ecosystem and increase competitiveness.
- Secondly, Contributing to the development of sector and issue-focused strategies and programs,
- Identifying and engaging key broader stakeholders, conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, defining program implementation plans, impact metrics, budgets, etc.
- Thirdly, Developing industry expertise through project-based research and analysis.
- Furthermore, Working with Sectional leads to manage relationships with key industry stakeholders and acts as an industry-development advocate;
- Moreover, Working closely with the Project Manager in defining the project scope and to facilitate decision-making for project start-up.
- Lastly, Assisting with the preparation of the Project Implementation Plan (PIP) and other key documents to support the project.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- An undergraduate degree in Engineering, Management, Social Sciences, Humanities, or a related field.
- Relevant postgraduate qualification.
- A relevant Project Management qualification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and experience.
- At least three (3) years’ experience providing support to medium to large scale projects.
- Proven working experience as a project administrator in the manufacturing sector
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

2 . Project Manager
Fan Milk PLC is looking for an experienced professional to join the business as a Project Manager. In this role, you will oversee a wide variety of projects from conceptual design through implementation. You will also ensure that all projects adhere to the required standards of budget, timeline and scope.
The successful candidate will:
- First of all, Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Then, Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Also, Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Besides that, Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Additionally, Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Afterwards, Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Finally, Develop project plans that meet stakeholder needs in compliance with company goals.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
- Minimum 3 years management experience in the technical field, including development work
- Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proven working experience as a project administrator in the manufacturing sector
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Lastly, Excellent project management skills
