The multilingual young politician, Abdul Zahid Iddrissu Siddique, is a Wale and an Ashanti. He rattles 3 local languages, wale, Hausa, and Twi.
EDUCATION
He currently holds an MBA From the Accra Business School. He obtained his first degree in Business Studies from the UDS Wa campus in Upper West.
ZAHID IN TESCON
Can the books of TESCON UDS, Wa Campus, be written without the mention of Zahid? His records are impeccable. In the year, 2009 when NPP was in opposition, Zahid, when in level 100 and worked so well as an Organising Committee Member. It is no wonder that the votes for the party increased and attributed to the party’s victory.
Zahid contested and won as the substantive TESCON Organizer. Activities of the confederacy saw greater attendance under his watch which made TESCON attractive. His strong campaign skills saw many student politicians winning elections. That is from TESCON, SRC NUGS, and USAG.
ZAHID IN NUGS Politics
His love for politics transcended nationally. In 2016, Zahid won as the International Relations Secretary, NUGS IRS. His experience from earlier positions helped positioned NUGS IRS.
Since 2017, that is even after his tenure as the NUGS IRS, he has contributed to every single NUGS and USAG election. His presence at the conferences has been beneficial. That is, he ensured that TESCON members won various positions.
ZAHID IN NPP at large
He adopted Ningo Prampram Constituency and served as a Campaign Team Member which led to the election of Hon. Alex Martey is the NPP Constituency Parliamentary Candidate. Indeed, he campaigned massively for SM to be elected as the National Youth Organizer, NPP.
With these impeccable records, it is non-negotiable to state that ZAHID will serve well as a Deputy National TESCON Coordinator when appointed.
