Job Description
We are a well-known law company in the Labone/Cantonments area that helps clients in both the public and private sectors with a wide range of commercial and corporate legal issues. We are looking for a lawyer to help make sure that the company gives its clients good legal advice and professional services of high quality.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This work is interesting and different, and it will include:
- Do study and give opinions on a wide range of technical and non-technical legal issues and related topics.
- Regulatory studies, reviews of laws, and figuring out what they mean
- Putting together, reviewing, and writing up business documents and reports.
- Looking at contracts and writing them up.
- working with government bodies.
- Talking with coworkers, customers, people who make policy, and experts.
- offering advice about business deals.
- Helping with discussions, giving talks, and running some meetings.
Required Skills or Experience
- Graduate or postgraduate degrees from an approved college or university.
- Total work experience of between 5 and 8 years
- Good track record after the call
- (Ms. Word/Excel) You must know how to use a computer.
- Experience in the areas that are needed for the job
- A quick mind with good writing, speaking, and analyzing skills
- Excellent team player who takes the initiative and has a good attitude.
This is a full-time job with some weekday and weekend overtime.
