Job Title: Retention Manager
The person in charge is in charge of all existing corporate schemes, customer engagement activities, customer surveys, gathering information about customers’ businesses, and ensuring that our C orporate clients get the best customer service possible. Each person is responsible for getting results through their own work.
Duties and Obligations
- Create and use a good strategy for improving the customer experience for corporate clients.
- Always make sure that corporate clients have a high NPS score.
- Work with the Operations Team to make sure that customer requests are met as soon as possible.
- Do different things to get corporate clients involved.
- Manages all client deliveries and keeps relationships with clients.
- Review the client’s portfolio of products on a regular basis and suggest new and improved products that fit the client’s portfolio.
- Take charge of reaching the sales goals for your Business Unit (BU) to ensure growth and market share.
- Meet with clients and intermediaries often to talk about service-related issues and strengthen relationships.
- Push for great customer service from your clients and partners to always give your customers a great experience.
- The person in charge of accrediting intermediaries for a wide range of products.
- Find and agree to work with new distribution partners.
- Do regular surveys of your current Corporate Clients and share the results with your Supervisor so that they can help you figure out what to do next.
- The Officer will also help CRMs make sure that different requests are met on time.
Skills and Work Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized college or university is required.
- Having a degree in insurance will be a plus.
- Experience in sales and marketing in the financial services industry. Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Excellent skills at managing relationships. Excellent skills at getting along with other people.
- Highly structured and organized, able to handle multiple tasks at once and set priorities.
