MTN Ghana is seeking to recruit qualified and experienced candidates for the following positions:
1. Analyst, BI & Reporting

Responsibilities
- Convert reporting requirements into production reports and dashboards.
- Work across functional lines to achieve and maintain consistent data quality.
- Continuously analyze reports, find possibilities for improvement to avoid redundant reporting, and develop a single source of truth where practicable.
- Create and maintain data visualization dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and other tools.
- Where possible, automate data preparation and report creation.
- Ad hoc reports are created as needed.
- Increase the emphasis on analytics and on offering valuable insights to generate improvement opportunities.
- Develop an awareness of business and operational strategies, as well as the important metrics needed to support those plans.
- Conduct an analysis and make recommendations for opportunities for ongoing improvement.
- The ability to deal with several data sources and use data modeling to develop reporting capabilities and valuable insights across these sources is essential.
2. Specialist, Testing, Release & Change Management

Responsibilities
- Participate in strategic meetings as needed.
- When the functional lead requests it, execute OpCo-wide transformation projects.
- Implement adequate risk mitigation and controls by the functional lead’s instructions.
- Assist with the evaluation of baseline Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs as needed.
- When necessary, assist in the formulation of proposals for change efforts, SLAs, policies, and procedures.
- Excessive escalation
- Escalate issues that will have a significant time, scope, productivity, cost, or resource impact on the functional lead.
