ROLE: Lecturer in Midwifery

Overview of the Position:
In the Department of Nursing Midwifery, we are looking for passionate and well-qualified professionals to join our vibrant faculty team. Candidates with a PhD in Midwifery or a related discipline are encouraged to apply for Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, and Professor jobs.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality lectures and actively involve students in productive learning experiences.
- Serve as a mentor and career counselor for students.
- Conduct research and contribute to the improvement of midwifery knowledge.
- Present research findings at conferences and publish them in recognized journals.
- Work on research projects and curriculum development with peers.
- Help the Department of Nursing and Midwifery and Garden City University College flourish and prosper.
- obey any additional instructions given by the department and university administration.
Qualifications:
- A PhD in midwifery or a field closely linked to it
- Demonstrated dedication to teaching and research excellence.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to collaborate in a diverse academic setting
- For senior posts, a track record of scholarly publications is preferred.
