Job Title: Head of Audit

A licensed buying company (LBC) with a good name in Ghana is looking for a good Internal Auditor.

Job Objective

• To make sure that audit operations are carried out on a sound financial basis and in accordance with approved manuals, budgets, and policies.

Needed Qualifications and Experience

• You must be a member of ICA, ACCA, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or a similar organization and have worked for 10 years.

Technical

• Must know general accounting and auditing principles;
• Must be up-to-date on industry and regulatory changes;
• Must be able to use a computer;

Personal

• Must be honest, unbiased, and independent;
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills;
• Must be able to listen to different points of view and deal with conflicts in a productive way;
• Must be able to get along with people;
• Must be able to spot problems and offer solutions;

Managerial

• The ability to lead, motivate, coordinate, and control other people’s work;
• The ability to plan and organize;
• The ability to make good decisions and follow through on them;

Location: Accra
