Responsibilities
- Filing, preparing reports and presentations, setting up meetings, and reordering supplies are examples of office tasks.
- By booking appointments and preventing conflicts, we can provide real-time scheduling help.
- Arranging travel plans, such as booking flights, renting automobiles, and arranging hotel and restaurant reservations,
- Calls are screened and routed to the proper party.
- Computers are used to compile reports, transcribe meeting minutes, create presentations, and do research.
- Welcome and assist visitors.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a smooth and good encounter.
Required Qualifications or Experience
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in the same sector
- HND / Any related courses
- Outstanding in Microsoft
