- Manages the appointment and re-appointment of new steering committee members
- Supports with the development of wider “ambassador” network around the initiative
- Drives the implementation of new value-added services for existing hidden champions

- Lead the development of learning materials and organise all trainings for consultants
- Develop and implement community engagement framework including fireside chats, newsletters etc.

6 . Vice President, People and Culture
- Lead the continuous development of AFG’s people strategy, aligning with overall organizational strategy and growth targets
- Build and administer a budget and people business plan throughout the organization
- Establish people metrics, analytics and reporting on critical human resource benchmarks and touchpoints

- Take responsibility for the execution the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, supplier payments, invoicing, and other transactions
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company, collaborating with colleagues across the organization to enforce them meaningfully
- Contract and manage outside service providers for bookkeeping, tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary
