HOW CAN AFRICAN TRAINED NURSES APPLY TO WORK WITH EUROPEAN HOSPITALS
To work for a living is a responsible thing to do given that the work is honorable and legal. In the health sector, more individuals are trained to become additional skilled hands that help save lives.
More individuals are also pushing themselves with good interest to enter the health sector. Needed more in the hospitals are the nurses because of how their duties cut across the entire hospital. Here in Ghana nurses are trained with a system of having them posted to work somewhere in the country that the system will permit.

European countries like all other countries need the skills of nurses in their hospitals. Probably a science background will be a strict requirement for the pursuit of nursing in the European countries.
There will certainly be a requirement for a good grade score by the one who chooses to offer nursing as a program in the university.
AFRICANS AS NURSES IN EUROPEAN COUNTRIES
In most European countries, health practitioners especially doctors and nurses can still work. Even now that times have changed and the covid era is still pertaining, more nurses are needed in the European countries drastically. This could be attributed to how they have been affected population-wise by the pandemic.
Thus in the past two years, the demand for nurses in some European countries has risen as well as the number of applicants. Some reasons are also due to the quality of the training that an individual has from his or her native African country.
How then can an African-trained nurse work in the European countries? The basic will definitely be that the individual shows interest in working in a particular European country and also that country welcomes nurses from the African country the interested applicant is coming from.
