ROLE: Medical Representative – Northern Sector
Our customer is Ghana’s top pharmaceutical company. The organization is currently looking for a hands-on Medical Representative to be headquartered in its Kumasi offices and handle day-to-day operations.
Key Accountabilities
- Create and implement sales programs to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Expand portfolio by generating new leads and contacts.
- Maintain current consumer relationships through regular visits.
- Prospect for new consumers in the designated territory and market corporate items to them.
- Develop positive, long-term relationships with current and new clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service through regular client follow-up.
- Research and identify opportunities in both new and existing markets.
- Creation and submission of weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing/sales reports.
- Increase the market share of allocated products by attracting new clients and retaining existing ones.
- Conduct monthly or quarterly assessments of marketing and sales initiatives.
- Maintain existing client relationships through regular visits and prospect for new customers in the designated territory.
- Provide timely and relevant product, pricing, and promotion information to increase in-store visibility.
- Help organize trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities to boost product marketing and sales.
- Any tasks that may be allocated from time to time
Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, applied science, pharmacy, or another relevant subject.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a medical representative.
Location: Kumasi.
