1. Food and Beverage Supervisor
Qualifications and Experience Required
- A bachelor’s degree in hospitality administration, business administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Previous food service industry experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities, as well as the ability to motivate and support the team.
- Superior communication and customer service abilities.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and health and safety requirements.
- Understanding of inventory management and cost-cutting techniques.
- The ability to work a variety of shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- The ability to make drinks, coffees, and bartending will be advantageous.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or a closely related discipline is required.
- A minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar capacity in hotel sales or a related industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the hotel sector, market dynamics, and sales methods.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiating abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
