1 . SME South – Team Lead
Key Responsibilities
- In charge of daily gross adds acquisition.
- Lead a team of BDMs to meet specific goals.
- Recruit and train salespeople to meet sales targets.
- Manage pre-sales interactions with customers.
- Manage client interactions after the sale.
- Organize designated sales storms.
- Create a route strategy and major actions to meet both revenue and gross-added targets.
- Receive and manage all stock allocated to the team.
- Engage developers in the real estate industry to deliver fixed data and home broadband services.
- In charge of daily gross adds acquisition.
- Recruit and train salespeople to meet sales targets.
- Manage pre-sales interactions with customers.
- Manage client interactions after the sale.
- Organize designated sales storms.
- Manage the performance and development of BDMs.
Qualifications & Experience
- A university degree in any field with a focus on business management, economics, or a related discipline.
- At least two years of sales and account management experience in an enterprise solutions setting (ideally in telecoms).
- Prior experience selling business solutions, preferably in telecommunications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to contribute to “thought leadership” across Enterprise Business and customer organizations.
2. Network Performance Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Promotes a customer-centric organization.
- Drives technology towards zero downtime through proactive problem detection.
- Document best practices for handling customer complaints.
- Performance Indicators and Measurements
- Verify and publish performance indicators along with relevant business advice.
- Create and implement E2E performance measurements.
- Create relevant network dashboards in collaboration with DWH, BI teams, and other business units.
- Supervise perception measurements, conduct frequent customer surveys, and translate QoE/QoS into technology.
- Own network performance management tools.
- Assurance of a satisfactory network experience.
- Provide network visibility across all touchpoints (voice, data, and B2B).
- Monitor all RCAs relating to network issues and provide recommendations to guarantee ongoing network improvement.
- Enforce SLAs for network faults and resolution.
- Generating regular and ad hoc management information and reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering or Computer Science, 3+ years of expertise in telecommunications networks, and knowledge of telco business processes (ideally the eTOM model).
- A degree in management or project management is advantageous.
