ROLE: Retail shop Executive
Job Description
The successful candidate will be a retail executive in the Customer Experience department on our team. (S)He will report to the Retail shop manager and interact with customers to ensure that their service needs are identified and resolved in order to improve the customer experience.
Principal Responsibilities
Working closely with the Shop Manager to ensure that AT Retail CEX rules are followed consistently.
People
- Take part in all trainings and personal development activities.
- Participate in all team briefing and coaching programs in order to improve service delivery in the shop.
Process
- Ensure healthy acquisitions and activation compliance.
- In charge of enhancing the client experience in the shop.
- Ensure that all customer service procedures and processes are followed.
Customers
- Ensuring that all customer queries/complaints are resolved in accordance with SLAs.
- Ensure high T-NPS and CES ratings.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- A bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- 2-3 years of store operations experience is required.
