We are looking to recruit an experienced and competent person for the underlisted positions: 

1 . Dean / Associate Dean for Faculty of Business Administration

  • Recruiting and selecting staff within policy guidelines
  • Career development in accordance with institutional and Faculty policies and procedures.
  • Supporting Heads of Departments in the Faculty and holding them accountable for the proper discharge of their departmental responsibilities.
  • Acting as an advocate for the Faculty and ensuring its views are represented to officers and committees in the University.
  • Promoting the Faculty externally.

2 . Counseling Psychologist

  • Design mental-health intervention and prevention programs
  • Implement counseling and educational methods (e.g. breathing or mental imagery techniques)
  • Collaborate with educational staff to create coordinated plans
  • Evaluate and report on student progress (e.g. using psychometric tests)
  • Set learning goals based on each student’s emotional, cognitive, and social strengths
  • Refer students to community services if needed
  • Research new methods to improve children’s wellbeing (e.g. mindfulness)
  • Resolve classroom or school crises

3 . Dean of Student and Community Affairs

  • Interact with the admissions office and be abreast with all programs related to this office.
  • Serve as a liaison between institution administrators and student departments.
  • Create and implement department goals, policies, budgets and working procedures.
  • Assess the needs of the student body and respond in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide structure and proactive leadership to ensure university development.
  • Provide support to students on issues related to the institution policies, department processes, and student services.
