These foods contain vitamins and minerals whereas others contain a chemical property called galactagogue-  this property aids in the production of breast milk. Here is a look at some foods thought to assist in boosting the supply of breast milk.

It also pairs well with roasted chicken or fish.

However, it should be eaten in moderation because too much of everything has never been good. Also taking the supplements of these foods is not the same as eating real food.
