  • Demonstrate a legitimate necessity for financial assistance for your higher education (please be advised that documentation substantiating your financial circumstances will be necessary for your application).
  • Demonstrate a dedication to effecting change in Africa, especially on public policy and significant political, environmental, and societal transformations.
  • Commence your Master’s program before the age of 35.
  • Not currently possessing or pursuing a Master’s degree.
  • Submit an application for a two-year Master’s program at one of Sciences Po’s seven Graduate Schools. Individuals applying for one-year Master’s, dual degree, or dual Master’s programs are ineligible for the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program.
