• Applicants holding a degree from the USA must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
• Applicants with a degree from China must have a minimum weighted average score ranging from 78 to 83, depending on the university they attended.
• When submitting your application, please include your final grade in the format utilized by your prior educational institution (e.g. 80/100, 3.0/4.0, 7.5/10, or 10/12). Converting your result into its UK equivalent is unnecessary.
• Kindly be aware that gaining admission to UNNC is highly competitive, and fulfilling the minimum entry requirements does not guarantee an offer of enrollment.

Requirements for proficiency in the English language.

Students who do not have English as their first language or did not receive their admission qualifications from an English-speaking country/region must present adequate evidence of their English competence.

Procedure for Applying

• The application typically requires a research proposal of 1,000 to 3,000 words. However, for EdD applicants, an academic writing sample is requested instead of a research proposal.
