Study In Netherlands: TU Delft Justus and Louis Van Effen Excellence Scholarships 2025

The Justus & Louise van Effen Excellence Scholarships 2025 provide financial assistance to exceptional candidates worldwide. The scholarships were created to promote technological progress and tackle societal issues, in tribute to Mr. van Effen, who is an alumnus of TU Delft.

The scholarships, which are financially supported by the inheritance of Justus and Louise van Effen, cover the entire cost of tuition fees and also provide a stipend for living expenses to qualified students. To qualify, candidates must possess an outstanding academic background, have received provisional acceptance into a 2-year TU Delft MSc program, and submit a comprehensive application before the specified deadline.

  • Finished MSc application: Make sure you fulfill all admission prerequisites.
  • Scholarship Application Form: Please submit this form together with your application.
  • Two letters of recommendation:
  • Submit a consolidated PDF file: You have the option to upload your reference letters immediately when completing the application.
  • Request referees: Utilize the “send invitation button” to solicit letters from your referees. The recipients will be sent an email containing instructions.
  • Utilize a way of combining: You have the option to submit one letter and make a request for the other.
  • Regarding late submissions, it is important to note that reference letters will not be taken into consideration if they are received after the application deadline.
  • Certification in the English language:

Non-European Union/European Free Trade Association students: If necessary, please provide your English language examination scores along with your application.
