Job Title: VERIFICATION SPECIALIST
Staidorf Consult is an Information Technology (IT) company based in Accra, Ghana, servicing clients nationwide and beyond.
JOB SUMMARY
We are in search of a professional to provide verification assistance to support operational activities of a leading Business Services organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for following:
Duties:
- Firstly, Manage inbound/outbound calls for employment, education, reference and licensing verification
- Secondly, Write and follow up on employer verification letters and forms
- Thirdly, Maintain and keep records of all calls handled to ensure all verification made are followed up on time
- Moreover, Review of registration documents
- Additionally, Assist with registration and renewal of regulatory institutions for the business and subsidiaries
- Afterwards, Develops proposals and other marketing material to support business development and marketing activities.
- Last but not least, Takes notes and submit reports of meetings attended
- Finally, Submits reports of activities on a weekly basis
Educational Qualification / Experience
- Diploma in any discipline with at least 3 years of work experience in a research environment
- Experience in a high-volume call centre will be an advantage
Person Specification:
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidential matters
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong telephone skills & highly organized
Other Requirements
- To begin with, Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of persons of different backgrounds
- Then, Experience with researching business information on the web
- Also, Experience with working with sensitive data
- Afterwards, Ability to multitask with high sense of urgency
- Lastly, Ability to work with multiple business lines
