Job Title: Back End Developer
Project Summary
The UI prototype for our social media app has gotten a lot of attention, and experts are calling it the “next big thing” in the field. We’re excited to keep going by making a world-class app that does what it says it will do. Now that all of the systems have been designed, we’re in the design phase and looking for senior software developers with experience to join our technical team and help build the app.
Job Description
As a senior back-end developer, it will be your job to take care of our mobile apps’ server-side code and APIs. You’ll be involved in the whole process of making a product, from designing it to putting it into use and keeping it running. Your work will have a big impact on the quality and stability of our mobile apps, since you’ll be writing code that can be reused and is easy to maintain and running UI tests to improve performance.
You’ll also work closely with our front-end development team to make sure that the system works well and that users have a great time. In the end, you’ll be the force behind everything that happens on the back end.
Compensation:10,000 GHC per month
Responsibilities
- Use C# and.NET Core to build REST services.
- Taking care of and making improvements to server-side network components.
- Keeping our central database running at its best and making sure it can handle any requests from the front end.
- Working on integrating elements with front-end application developers.
- Writing high-performance code that is efficient, can be used more than once, and can be tested.
- Work with a cross-functional team to figure out the best API contracts, code reviews, internal infrastructure, and ways to improve processes.
- Full-stack development capabilities are a plus.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C#/.NET, Python, or Java.
- Have some experience using REST or GraphQL to build services.
- Good understanding of the whole process of making a product.
- At least 4 years of experience making web and mobile apps
- At least four years of experience with relational and document databases.
- 4-5 years of experience using C# and.NetCore for work.
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript, frameworks, libraries, and web stacks
- Experience with cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes, containerization, microservices, and Software-defined Infrastructure.
- Great at solving problems and works well with others.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
- She has great analytical skills and is good at managing her time.
