PRINCIPAL/SENIOR MARKETING OFFICER AT AGBEVE HERBAL CENTRE LTD
JOB PURPOSE:
- To provide technical and operational support in the development and implementation of policies, programmes, systems, and procedures for the effective and efficient marketing and distribution of the center’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for making sure that all marketing activities on all channels are consistent and in line with the overall direction set by the brand architecture and style guides.
- Helps set the vision and future direction of marketing and brand strategies, taking into account competitive pressures and revenue growth goals. Also helps make annual and quarterly marketing plans.
- Sets goals, comes up with key performance indicators (KPIs), monitors and reports on the overall performance of product and branding campaigns and agencies using a wide range of measures.
- Responsible for integrated product marketing campaigns and initiatives with clearly defined goals for growth, retention, and value, delivered within agreed budgets and in line with the overall brand strategy and business goals.
- Responsible for managing agencies and suppliers well on a day-to-day basis, including briefing, implementing, and keeping an eye on how well campaigns work to make sure business goals are met.
- Works within the budgets that have been set, and tracks, reviews, analyzes, and reports on how the budget, campaign, and product are doing.
- Understands the legal, risk, and legal requirements for putting the brand and marketing strategy into action, including following all government procedures.
- Responsible for making sure that the Marketing team’s services are delivered well, on time, and efficiently to all internal and external customers.
- Works with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders and talks with them as needed.
- Performs other tasks as needed
Role Requirements
- Proven experience putting together brand and/or marketing campaigns that work well across a variety of communication channels
- Ability to create, measure, and understand brand and marketing metrics
