ROLE: Coordinator Digital Channels
Contribute to the growth and management of myMTN and other digital channels.
Job Role
- Continuous development of myMTN portfolio
- Support the operational management of myMTN.
- Contribute to the creation of additional digital channels in partnership with other departments.
- Support Marketing in ensuring that all commercial offers are delivered on schedule through myMTN and other digital channels.
- Delivering a superior experience for all myMTN clients and increasing myMTN’s revenues
- Ensure continual app testing and assistance for the IT operations team.
- Ensure that all digital channels are regularly developed and improved in accordance with the agreed-upon parameters.
- Ensure that digital channels provide the same offerings as legacy channels, with additional incentives for customers to drive adoption.

Education
- A first degree in a similar subject of study.
- Certification as a Scrum Master or Product Owner, as well as demonstrated expertise with the Scrum framework, is advantageous.
- Coding experience is beneficial.
- Training or certification in User Experience Design and Design Thinking is beneficial.
Experience
- A minimum of three years of related job experience in a digital organization or a digital department within an organization.
- Good experience and knowledge of the major digital analytics platforms, such as Google
- Analytics and Google Data Studio.
- Experience with digital advertising is beneficial.
- Experience with PowerPoint and Scrum/Agile techniques in app or e-commerce development is advantageous.

- Strong understanding of all major analytics tools and approaches.
