Job Title: Electrical Technician
The incumbent’s overall scope is to ensure that all duties and responsibilities are completed in a timely and efficient way in accordance with established business rules and procedures in order to fulfill the overall objectives of this job. He is in charge of keeping the hotel’s equipment in good working order by providing day-to-day maintenance under the direction of the Engineering Management.
Principal Responsibilities
- Train and instruct other staff members.
- Repair and/or adjust all types of electrical, HVAC, and cosmetic equipment.
- Look for ways to save energy and submit any suggestions to Engineering Management.
- Be available for any situation and act as an engineer to safeguard our guests and employees while also preserving the building and its systems.
- To act as promptly and ethically as possible to restore the building to normal operation.
- Any such emergencies should be reported to Engineering Management.
- Reduce maintenance costs.
- Accident avoidance and safety.
- All Kempinski company policies must be followed.
- Additional duties and tasks might be introduced at any moment based on the demands of the company and the hotel.
Qualifications and skills desired
- HVAC systems require a technical certificate or higher.
- Experience with HVAC systems, particularly in a 4/5 star hotel, is required.
- Capability to work and communicate in a multicultural setting
- English – good oral and written communication abilities
- Additional language – advantageous
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Administration abilities People Orientation
- Interested in European luxury
- Excellent communication abilities
- The ability to identify and successfully allocate duties.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Always maintain a professional, confidential, and ethical demeanor.

- Ability to work independently, flourish under pressure in difficult situations, and devise proactive, sensible solutions.
- Ability to form and maintain excellent working relationships with hotel personnel and clients/vendors.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) proficiency
