JOB POSITION: MARKETING MANAGER
Responsibilities
- Marketing and pricing tactics are being evaluated and optimized.
- Analyzing market trends and forecasting.
- Obtaining fresh business leads.
- Increasing brand recognition and market share.
- Coordination of marketing strategies with the divisions of sales, finance, public relations, and production.
- Budget development and management for the marketing department.
- In charge of branding, advertising, and promotion efforts.
- Managing the workers of the marketing department.
- Reporting to senior management on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Promoting our brand at trade exhibits and other industry events.
- Keeping up with marketing methods and trends.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or a related field is required.
- At least 2 years experience in real estate or related field
- At least two years of marketing management experience is required.
- Knowledge of electronic marketing automation software like HubSpot Marketing and Bitrix24.
- Comprehensive understanding of marketing tactics, channels, and branding.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaborative skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time management and organizing skills.
