Position Title: DIGITAL CONTENT MARKETER

Job Purpose

All social, online, web, and associated digital components of Hollard’s group business and activities will be carried out by the Digital Content Marketer. In collaboration with the required agencies and team members, they will create and execute the strategy and produce content for all digital platforms and channels, support the company’s objectives, and promote visibility initiatives. Communication and related tasks are part of the job.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with the creation and implementation of a digital communications plan.
• To increase awareness, execute the digital and content parts of Hollard’s story, site presence, and online voice.
• Create audio-visual or influencer content projects.
• Create digital media campaigns across all channels that are in line with Hollard’s goals.
• Create social media campaigns for Hollard’s various initiatives and platforms.
• Coordination of digital content creation and publication (e.g., websites, blogs, press releases, and podcasts).
• Manage whole digital projects.
• Monitor the corporate website and social media pages, and address any brand or design concerns that arise.
• Handle content design and brand management, as well as requests for photography and videography.
• Coordination of all digital activations during Hollard events.
• Investigate and secure digital visibility prospects.
• Create, manage, and copy-edit content for all digital channels.
• Plan and execute influencer engagement and related efforts.
• As needed, collaborate with communications specialists and designers to write messages.
• As needed, work with creative teams or designers, other internal stakeholders, agencies, and partners.
• Lastly, Create and submit regular reports on department operations, including social media and Google Analytics reports.

Required Qualifications or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or a related discipline
• At least four years of relevant experience in digital, social marketing, and/or communications
• Excellent communication and digital execution skills
• Photographic, video, and editing abilities are required.
  Graphic design abilities
• Practical familiarity with a variety of digital platforms
• Knowledge of site design and content management systems
• Experience in community management
• KPI tracking and reporting on digital indicators.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, as well as MS Office competency
