POSITION: Software Support Officer

Position Description
We are looking for a creative Application Software Support Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities in General
- Train and support our software clients; demonstrate our software solutions to prospective clients;
- Interact with our developers to clarify requirements and provide feedback; and
- Provide our clients with other general IT support services.
Required Qualifications or Experience
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts are required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer software and technical ideas;
- Demonstration and presentation skills for computer software products;
- Work with little or no supervision is required.
- Knowledge of any of the following is advantageous: [computer hardware and networking/website development / graphic design/marketing (digital and/or conventional) / and so on]
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline is required.
