Job Title: Senior Strategy & Insights Manager
ABOUT THE JOB
Fan Milk is looking for a professional with a lot of experience to join our Marketing team and help with the Topline Business.
A good hire must be able to work on their own, have a lot of agency relationships to build a healthy tension, and learn how to get strong strategic insights to find decision-making nuggets.
The person in this position is expected to build strong partnerships both inside and outside the company to find insights across markets and execute them brilliantly to drive growth. It encourages a culture of measuring and evaluating in order to keep getting better.
ABOUT YOU
- A college degree in marketing, business, or a similar field is preferred, but not required. Having a postgraduate degree is a plus
- At least 5 years of experience in an FMCG company that focuses on planning, brands, and consumers, or in a similar agency.
- Having knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative research methods
- 5 years of strong and proven brand and trade marketing experience
- Level Developing or Experienced in all Marketing Functional Capabilities
- Can demonstrate excellent Commercial judgment & acumen.
- Proven ability to manage key stakeholders on a national and international scale
